CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

All the cancellations have to be sent in writing to Spektar Putovanja d.o.o, Andrija Hebrang Street 34, 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia
Cancellations before September 1, 2023 – full refund of paid registration fee and / or accomodation, only handling fee of 25 EUR will be charged.
Cancellations after September 1, 2023  – a refund of 50% of piad registration fee and / or accomodation + handling feee 25 EUR will be charged.
Cancellations after September 15, 2023– no refund.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

• Payment should be done in advance, in kunas, on the account of agency Spektar putovanja d.o.o.
• Bank transfer  - bank transfer payment should be made payble to Spektar Putovanja d.o.o.
  Name of the Event, participant's full name and the Reference number 0016/003/2016 should be included with the payment.

• Credit card – the payments made by credit card will be in local currency kuna and the EURO fee amount will be calculated acording to the valid exchange rate on the day of the payment.
• Credit card offline: American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard  
  For the credit card offline payment, please download the authorization form, which, after filled in, should be send by mail or fax to the technical organizer Spektar putovanja.
• Credit card online:American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro
  For the credit card online payment you will be redirected to the protected and secured (encrypted) T-com PayWay web page, to finalise your payment.
